Water, oil and dirt repellent protection for painted surfaces

• Apply the product to a surface that is clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry. To remove staining and marks of pollution use Guard Cleaner® Polluted Facades. For efflorescence, laitance or concrete bloom use Guard Remover® Eco Efflorescence & Cement.
• Rinse with plenty of clean water before applying ProtectGuard® TC.

• Use neat, do not dilute.
• Shake the product well before use.
• Always carry out a preliminary test.
• ProtectGuard® TC is applied in two coats.
• Apply a first layer of ProtectGuard® TC to the entire substrate.
• Allow product to penetrate and dry (from 1 to 2 hours depending on porosity of substrate and temperature), then applied the second layer.
• Apply sparingly. Remove any excess before it dries.
• Always apply from the bottom up.
• Protected drying time: 24 hours.
• Optimum effectiveness obtained after 5-7 days.

• Keep in a dry place (between 5°C and 30°C).
• Storage: 12 months following the production date when kept in the original unopened container.

• Water-based product.
• Petroleum solvent and silicone free.
• Non hazardous and non toxic.
• VOC < 75 g/l*.

• Do not treat surfaces until they have first been cleaned of all atmospheric pollution and all staining.
• For ideal application and effective protection, ProtectGuard® TC must be stirred. Also, it is essential that it be used only when the substrate temperature is between 10°C and 30°C.
• Do not apply in rain, very hot weather or without protection from the wind. Air temperature between 5°C and 30°C.
• Do not dilute or mix with another product.

• Respiratory protection: Under normal conditions of use where adequate ventilation is available, no special respiratory protection equipment is needed. In case of prolonged use when spraying, wear a P3 mask.
• Hand protection: Wear latex or nitrile gloves.
• Skin protection: Wear protective clothing with long sleeves.
• Eye protection: Wear protective goggles.
• If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor or a specialist.
