AntiGraffiti Guard® Premium Special Concrete is a very high performance two-part anti-graffiti product.
AntiGraffiti Guard® Premium Special Concrete is a very high performance two-part anti-graffiti product. Formulated with new generation resins it is much more effective in terms of protection of all porous and low porous concrete against all kinds of graffiti or tags (paint,felt pens, etc.) and dirt.
AntiGraffiti Guard® Premium Special Concrete protects treated surfaces permanently. It can be cleaned dozens of times (using GraffiGuard® 2060 graffiti cleaner) and will still keep working, so does not need to be reapplied after graffiti has been removed.

For better control and ideal results, it is recommended that be applied using an HVLP type spray gun. Application with a roller or a brush is also possible.

Clean tools and equipment after use with water.
 
 
  • Apply the product to a surface that is clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry. To remove stains and marks of pollution and greasy stains use Guard Cleaner® Polluted Facades. Forefflorescence, chalking or concrete bloom use Guard Remover® Eco Efflorescence & Cement.
  • The conditions of application and substrate preparation must meet French unified code of practice DTU 59.1.
Primer
  • Surface preparation before application has a major influence on the final appearance and performance of the coating, especially as regards the adhesion of AntiGraffitiGuard® Premium Special Concrete to the substrate.
  • Always carry out a test first.
  • Begin by applying Primer Guard® Special Concrete with a brush, roller or an HVLP sprayer to promote adhesion (coverage: 12 to 15 m2 per litre). Wait a minimum of 4 hours (maximum of 48 hours) before applying AntiGraffitiGuard® Premium Special Concrete. For more information refer to the primer data sheet.
Protection
  • AntiGraffitiGuard® Premium Special Concrete is prepackaged in the correct ratios. All of component A must therefore be mixed with all of component B. Under no circumstances modify the A:B ratio.
  • Before use, thoroughly mix part A (base) using an electric stirrer until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
  • Stirring continuously, add part B (hardener) to part A (base). Blend at moderate speed with an electric mixer for at least 5 min. Leave for 10 min. to allow bubbles to escape, then homogenise again with the electric mixer before application.
  • Once prepared, the mixture can be used for 2 hours at an ambient temperature of less than 20°C.
Applying the first coat in two layers:
  • In very hot weather: the first coat can be diluted to 10% in clean (drinking) water. Thoroughly homogenise the whole mixture.
  • Having first treated the substrate with PrimerGuard® Special Concrete, the product can now be applied to the substrate.
  • Leave to dry for 1 hour (assuming a temperature of 20°C).
  • Typical coverage on concrete: 60 to 100 g/m2 (10 to 16 m2/litre). 
Applying the second coat in two layers:
  • For better control and ideal results, it is recommended that the 2nd coat be applied with an HVLP spray gun.
  • Typical coverage on concrete: 60 to 100 g/m2 (10 to 16 m2/litre). 
  • Protected drying: 24 hours.
  • Optimal effects obtained after 5 to 7 days.

Coverage depends on the porosity of the material. The figures below should be used only as a general guideline: 
120 to 200 g/m2 for two coats.
  • Keep in a dry place (between 5°C and 30°C).
  • Storage: 12 months following the production date when kept in the original unopened container.
Kits of 1 and 5 litres (basis and hardener to be mixed).
  • Stubborn dirt should be cleaned off with clean water or with neutral pH cleaner.
  • Graffiti can be cleaned using GraffiGuard® 2060.
Environment-friendly product:
  • Water-based product.
  • Petroleum solvent and silicone free.
  • Non hazardous and non toxic.
  • VOC < 75 g/l*.
  • Only treat surfaces that have first been cleaned of all atmospheric pollution and all stains.
  • For ideal application and effective protection, AntiGraffitiGuard® Premium Special Concrete must be stirred, and it is critical that it be used when the temperature of the substrates is between 10°C and 30°C and and with a humidity rate < 7%.
  • Do not apply during rain, or in very hot weather or in strong winds. Temperature between 10°C and 30°C.
  • Normal protective gear must be used when the product is applied by spray gun.
  • Do not dilute (except for the 1st layer if necessary) or mix with any other product.
  • Respiratory protection: Under normal conditions of use where adequate ventilation is available, no special respiratory protection equipment is needed. In case of prolonged use when spraying, wear a P3 mask.
  • Hand protection: Wear latex or nitrile gloves.
  • Skin protection: Wear protective clothing with long sleeves.
  • Eye protection: Wear protective goggles.
  • If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor or a specialist.
